The Role
We’re hiring a Dental Hygienist to be a clinical leader in prevention.
You’ll provide excellent care, educate patients with clarity, and partner with doctors to deliver seamless treatment experiences.
Your impact: Healthy smiles, confident patients, and a smooth-flowing day for the entire team.
What You’ll Do
✅ Deliver preventive + periodontal care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance)
✅ Capture diagnostics (digital X-rays, intraoral photos, charting)
✅ Educate patients to understand & accept care plans
✅ Partner with doctors in co-diagnosis & case presentation
✅ Maintain accurate records and sterile, calm ops
✅ Keep the day efficient with smooth timing & handoffs
Who You Are
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (KY) – anesthesia/nitrous a plus
- Clear communicator who builds trust without jargon
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital systems
- Detail-driven with strong documentation & infection control habits
- Growth mindset with eagerness for CE & feedback
- Team player who protects the schedule and patient experience
- Spanish-speaking a plus (serving a diverse community)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Associate Dentist who loves clinical excellence, clear communication, and calm, organized days.
You’ll handle everything from emergencies to comprehensive and cosmetic care.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Provide high-quality restorative, emergency, and basic cosmetic dentistry.
- Present treatment options in clear, simple language that patients understand.
- Use digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, scanners, and CBCT to guide care.
- Work closely with assistants, hygienists, and the front office to keep days on time.
- Document clearly and completely in the practice management system.

What We’re Looking For
- DMD/DDS from an accredited program.
- Valid Kentucky dental license (or in process).
- Strong clinical foundation in restorative and emergency dentistry.
- Clear, kind chairside communication.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with busy days.
- Coachable, growth-minded, and open to feedback.
- Team-first attitude and strong sense of ownership.
- Excited to keep expanding your skills in areas like molar endo, surgery, and implants.
Preferred Qualifications
(Nice to have, not deal-breakers.)
- Confident with molar endo (or actively building toward it).
- Comfortable with surgical extractions.
- Experience placing and restoring single-tooth implants.
